I teach people how to move their bodies with intention.
I want to spend my career helping people move through healthcare systems with the same dignity.
For over a decade I’ve built communications programs that move people: toward missions, toward giving, toward understanding something complex in a way that actually sticks. I’ve grown audiences from zero, led a $3M capital campaign, launched a podcast to 200K downloads, and managed digital ecosystems across six web properties.
The throughline in all of it has been the same: clear, strategic communication that connects people to something they need.
Now I’m focused on the place where that work matters most. Patient access. Health equity. The gap between a treatment that exists and a patient who can actually get it. That gap is often a communications problem. It’s one I’m built to help solve.
I’m based in the Los Angeles area. I came to this work the same way I came to dance—by believing that everyone deserves to move through the world with dignity. That belief drives everything I do.
I take select communications consulting engagements for mission-driven organizations and purpose-led entrepreneurs. If you’re looking for sharper strategy, a communications audit, or a focused working session—I’d love to connect.
